Baby massage

Research conducted by a team at the Univeristy of Warwick says that "massage may help infants aged under six months sleep better, cry less and be less stressed." Amy Pierce of Peaceful Beginnings Massage says,"The newborn massage I teach takes only one hour to learn, can be used for years to come and the entire sequence can be performed daily on baby in less than ten minutes.
