Little Leaps offers child-and-caregiver programs as well as independent child programs in creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theater. By combining exploration and discovery with dance and music, our programs support the critical connection between music, movement and development in children during their early years.
Classes are offered in Wilmington at 2152 Wrightsville Ave. and at the City of Wilmington Fit For Fun Center. Little Leaps is also at the Carolina Beach Recreation Center and coming soon to 5226 S. College Rd in Monkey Junction!
Join us for Dance With Me Tykes class on Mondays at 10:00am for ages 12-30 months with a caregiver at the Wrightsville ave, Wilmington location. Drop-in class, $12 per family. No long term commitment.
Find Little Leaps at the Carolina Beach Recreation center on Fridays at 10:30am. This family-oriented movement and music class is geared towards ages 1-3 with a caregiver, but younger and older siblings are welcome to join in the fun. $12 per family fee payable at the class. No pre-registration required.

About the Instructor:
Carrie L. Smith is a dance educator with over 25 years of experience teaching kids. Miss Carrie loves exploring movement and music with her students and watching them discover the joy of dance. Her classes are family focused and inspire creativity, foster self-confidence, and that support the growth of the whole child.
