Spring Family Movie Preview

Spring brings warmer temperatures, beautiful blooms and new family movies. Here is a review of what is currently playing in theaters and what will be coming out over the next few months.

Cinderella just opened on March 13. Disney's live action film based on the classic tale tells the story of a young girl that loses her parents and is mistreated by her stepmother and stepsisters. She does, however, find her happiness in meeting a handsome prince and falling in love. This movie is rated PG.

Home is coming to theaters March 27. This animated movie is about an alien named Oh who lands on Earth and befriends an adventurous girl. The two embark on a journey and come to understand the true meaning of "home". The movie is rated PG for mild action and some rude humor.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron will be released on May 1. Fans of the comic book heroes will be happy to see them reunited in this film. The Avengers will come back together to defeat the villain Ultron and thwart his evil plans. This action film has not yet been rated.

Tomorrowland will arrive in theaters on May 22. This science fiction live action film focuses on a teenager bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor. The pair set out on a mission to unearth the secrets of a place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory. This film has not yet been rated.
