Wilmington, NC, October 13, 2011— Buffalo Wild Wings® Grill & Bar announced today that they are teaming up with Pretty In Pink Foundation to raise funds all October long. Pretty in Pink is an organization that helps fund medical expenses for breast cancer patients in NC.
Guests will have 3 ways to help.
- Limited edition pink t-shirts: “Save A Breast. Eat A Wing”, will be sold with 100% of the profits being donated.
- Every “Boneless Thursday” the month of October, 10% of all food sales will be donated between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
- For the 21 and up crowd, “Pink Buffalo” drinks will be available all October with a portion of the proceeds being donated.
“We wanted to get involved with the fight to conquer breast cancer and we felt it was important that any money raised would go to help individuals in our local community,” said Adam Webb, Buffalo Wild Wings Marketing and Promotions Director in Wilmington. “By offering 10% of food sales and profits from our specialty drink and t-shirt sales to the Pretty In Pink Foundation, Buffalo Wild Wings and our guests are helping breast cancer patients in Wilmington get the services they need.”
