Smart Start of New Hanover County is now home to our region’s Child Care Resource & Referral Center serving New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Bladen, Duplin, Columbus and Sampson counties. Parents can receive free childcare referrals online at www.region4ccrr.nc.gov or by calling or stopping by one of the offices below.
The purpose of a Child Care Resource & Referral Center is to provide a single point of access to information about quality childcare. Resource materials and professional assistance in locating licensed childcare are among the services provided.
